SHIPPING POLICY
Tiger Family Malaysia charges only RM15.00 for every order from West Malaysia and additional RM40.00 for East Malaysia for standard delivery.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
All orders shall be processed within 3 working days. Once processed, estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Post office boxes: Please note that we cannot deliver to a post office box address.
Receiving your order: Please note that you or someone will have to sign receipt for your order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the postal carrier will provide a notification card advising you of the local Post Office from which you can collect your order parcel. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal service. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
